This Information collected will not be transfered beyond Ptarmigan Press and is used solely to assist in your ordering experience. Your Personal Information will not be shared outside of Ptarmigan Press, with the exception of any applicable service providers working on Ptarmigan Press' behalf.

Return/Refund Policy
Ptarmigan Press is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Whenever possible, we want to solve any problem you may have with any of our products, and Ptarmigan Press offers refunds in accordance with this policy.
Ptarmigan Press must be notified of Returns/Refunds within 30 business days of the date the item was received. Non-customized items may be returned for a refund of the final cost (after state sales tax, when applicable), minus a 10% restocking fee. Customized items may not be returned unless an error was made by Ptarmigan Press or extensive damage was incurred by the shipping service used. In either of these cases, Ptarmigan Press will re-run the job and re-ship at no additional charge.

Delivery Time & Method
We at Ptarmigan Press do our best to ensure quick turnaround time of your product, however we cannot guarantee that the shipping service companies we use will not incur delays, damages or loss of items. Exact shipping times are based on the location of your receiving address and, in the event that your item is sent through your office courier, the date your office's package ships.
If orders for print are placed by 5pm Monday, orders can be processed and shipped via WPX Courier or UPS by Friday at 5pm. If a customization will take longer than this, the customer will be notified before the job is begun.
